Delivery Timeline
• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days after shoot date
• Rush delivery (if selected): 24 hours after shoot date
• All images delivered via secure online gallery with download access
Usage Rights
Client receives full commercial usage rights for real estate marketing purposes. Images may be used on MLS listings, websites, social media, print materials, and signage.
Photographer retains copyright and may use images for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Images may not be resold or sublicensed to third parties.
Cancellation Policy
All deposit fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 48+ hours before shoot: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% deposit retained
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: Full deposit retained
• Weather-related cancellations: Rescheduled at no additional charge
Property Access
Client agrees to provide:
- Safe and legal access to all properties listed above
- All utilities (electricity, water) operational during shoot
- Properties cleaned and staged prior to photographer arrival
- Notification of any safety hazards or access restrictions
Liability
Photographer carries $2M general liability insurance. Client agrees that Photographer is not liable for any damage to property unless caused by gross negligence. Photographer is not responsible for trespassing claims if incorrect property information is provided.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control including weather, natural disasters, equipment failure, illness, or government restrictions.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
