ACROMATICO CREATOR ACADEMY - ENROLLMENT TERMS
By enrolling in Acromatico Creator Academy programs, you agree to the following terms:
1. PROGRAM COMMITMENT
• 8 live classes per month (Monday & Thursday, 11:30 AM ET)
• 30-minute micro-learning sessions designed for youth creators
• Access to lifetime instruction library and recorded sessions
• Portfolio building tools and creative resources
2. PAYMENT TERMS
• Monthly billing: Charged on the same day each month
• Annual billing: 12 months prepaid (year-round classes)
• Full month billed on enrollment date; recurring monthly/annually
• Payments processed securely via Stripe
3. NO REFUND POLICY
• All class fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once charged
• Classes cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited
• Missed classes: Recordings available in instruction library
• No refunds for unused classes or early cancellation
• No chargebacks permitted - enrollment is a binding agreement
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Monthly: Cancel anytime (effective next billing cycle)
• Annual: No refunds on prepaid tuition (non-refundable)
• Must cancel before next billing date to avoid charges
• Cancellation does not entitle refunds for current period
5. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION
• By signing, you waive rights to initiate chargebacks
• Disputes must be handled directly with Acromatico
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
• You acknowledge receipt of services as described
6. ATTENDANCE & CONDUCT
• Students expected to attend live sessions when possible
• Respectful, kind, and collaborative behavior required
• Disruptive behaviors include: bullying, inappropriate language, intentionally disrupting class, refusing to participate respectfully, or harassing other students/instructors
• Progressive discipline policy:
→ 1st incident: Verbal warning during class + email to parent
→ 2nd incident: Parent discussion call + written warning
→ 3rd incident: 1-week suspension from live classes (recordings still available)
→ Continued violations: Removal from program with no refund
• We work with parents to help students succeed, but safety and respect for all students is our priority
• Severe violations (threats, harassment, illegal activity) may result in immediate removal
• No refunds for removal due to code of conduct violations
7. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All course materials remain property of Acromatico
• Students retain rights to their created work and photographs
• Student Work Showcase: Parents can opt-in via Parent Portal to allow us to showcase student work on social media, website, and marketing materials
• Photo Release for Subjects: If students photograph people and wish to submit those images for showcase, a signed photo release from the photographed person (or their parent/guardian if under 18) must be uploaded via Parent Portal
• Parents control all consent settings in their dashboard and can revoke permission at any time
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. You confirm that all enrollment fees are non-refundable and that you will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
